By: Patricia Wagner

Because our society tends to judge people by their looks, acne is not a minor problem for those who suffer with it. Having one's good looks destroyed by zits can cause emotional suffering too.

Acne doesn't just ravage faces but also shoulders and backs as well. This can be very traumatic to acne victims. It's not too surprising that when someone feels pimples have made him or her ugly, self-consciousness can result.

Pimples have a way of making their appearance at the most inconvenient times! It's no surprise that acne sufferers are looking for speedy remedies for their zits. Acne sufferers want to look normal and have healthy skin once again.

Many people purchase over-the-counter acne remedies. It's frustrating when acne goes away for a while and then returns again. Many medications only treat the symptoms and not the root cause of acne.

There are glowing reports of how well many over-the-counter acne products work and they do work for some people, but others wonder if they really work that well. People are wondering if there aren't some natural acne cures available today.

There are a number of natural remedies for clearing up zits and here are several.
